www.aadyasfashionblings.com reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates.

TERMS OF OPERATION

www.aadyasfashionblings.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any of its services at any time without prior notice. All pending orders at the time of such suspension will either be fulfilled or refunded in full.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity without assigning a reason.
The website and its owners shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the website or its services.


WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

www.aadyasfashionblings.com does not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of products purchased through the website.
We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding product performance, compatibility, or outcomes.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We ensure all products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, damages that occur during transit are outside our control.

If you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a replacement — subject to stock availability — with the same or a similar item.
To request a replacement:

Email us at care@aadyasfashionblings.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographs showing the damage.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted. Replacements are subject to approval and stock.


MISSED DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If the parcel remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us.

To have your order re-shipped:

A re-shipping fee of ₹250 will apply.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipping will be processed only after online prepayment of the product amount and the additional shipping fee.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid such delays.
