1, About Our Products

Q: Are your sarees pure handloom?

Yes! Every saree in our collection is a genuine handloom piece, handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. We proudly support India’s weaving heritage and bring you authentic, tradition-rich drapes.

Q: Do your sarees come with the handloom mark?

Most of our sarees come with the Handloom Mark, a government-issued symbol of authenticity. Each product description will clearly mention if the mark is included.

Q: Do your sarees include blouse pieces?

Our sarees are curated in their most authentic, heritage form, and many are woven without a blouse piece, honoring traditional weaving practices.

This gives you the freedom to style your saree with a blouse of your choice — whether modern, ethnic, or statement. Each listing will specify whether a blouse piece is included.

Q: I noticed some small marks or loose threads on my saree. Is that normal?

Yes — these are signs of a true handwoven saree. Slight irregularities such as pulled threads, minor thread shifts, or chalk/charcoal markings (used by weavers to align patterns) are a natural part of the weaving process.

They do not affect the quality or beauty of the saree and can often be gently removed or will fade naturally. We consider them beautiful reminders of the human hands and heritage behind every weave.

Q: What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our jewelry pieces are crafted using oxidised metals, brass, imitation stones, and other skin-friendly materials, depending on the design. Materials used are clearly listed under each product.

Q: Are your jewelry items hypoallergenic?

While we source quality materials that are generally skin-safe, we recommend checking product details.

 2.Styling, Sizing & Customization

Q: Do you provide blouse stitching or tailoring services?
Not at the moment. However, many of our sarees come with styling suggestions and inspiration. We encourage customers to experiment and personalize their look!
Q: Can jewelry be customized?
Some designs may be available for customization depending on stock and feasibility. Feel free to WhatsApp or email us your request and we’ll do our best to assist.

3.How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse through our collection, select the items you want, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of secure and flexible payment options for your convinience:

  • Cash On Delivary (COD) -Avilable on select pin codes with a minimal service fee

5.Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders. You can select this payment option during checkout.

6. How much does shipping cost?

At Aadya's Fashion Blings we provide free shipping all over India however,shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India. 


7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5-7 business days (domestic)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors like location, weather, or holidays.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We take great care to ensure your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the next steps, including a replacement if applicable.

11. Can I return or exchange my Saree or  jewelry?

At Aadya's Fashion Blings, each piece is carefully curated handcrafted ,and often limited edition which means we do not offer returns .However we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hrs from receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

12. How do I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. However, if you need assistance, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.

13. Is my personal information secure?

14. Do you offer gift cards?
