  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only. Slight colour variation may occur due to digital photography and screen settings — this is not a defect.
  • Our handloom sarees are authentic, handcrafted products. Natural weave irregularities, slub texture, or minor variations are characteristic of genuine handloom and are not considered defects.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • We accept payments via all major methods available at checkout (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, COD where applicable).
  • In case of payment failure, please do not retry multiple times — contact us for assistance.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: if delivery is missed or refused without prior notice, a re-shipping fee of ₹250 will be charged for redelivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote PIN codes.
  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
