As most of our products are handwoven, handmade, and limited-edition, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
Returns
We do not offer returns on products due to the delicate and exclusive nature of our collections.
Slight irregularities in weave or embellishment are not defects — they are a hallmark of authentic, handcrafted products.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your order is approved for a refund due to genuine damage, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days after approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted, as most of our sarees and jewelry are one-of-a-kind and non-restockable.
